for the most part ive upgraded my collection to mid and high end, but i still look to low end brands for stuff like fun colored eye liner. my previous favorite were cover girl smoothers (the skinny pencils) but theyve been discontinued.
some rimmel products are hit or miss, but the eye liners are absolutely fantastic. they come in several bright colors as well as neutrals. theyre soft and creamy without being so soft that they dont stay put or squish when you try to apply them. they last absolutely all day.
i applied rimmel liner over a cream shadow that creases after a few hours and i was amazed that the liner stayed true, vibrant and in place on top of such a creamy product. these are excellent and so inexpensive.
