My HG eyeliner pencil.  Colors are stunning, metallic and stay on forever and ever!  the sharpen very easily, glide on with zero tugging and really make your eyes *pop*. Also wonderful for the waterline.  Since I found these pencils, I've never been without them.  They're pretty cheap too, at only $8 a pop.  The last one I bought, was  well over a year ago and there is still almost 2/3 left.  good value, excellent product.  Also comes off easily too, with normal makeup remover!  8
