I Love this product! For me this product works better than Smash Box. I got a free sample for smash box and used it for 1 day and I can really tell the different..the texture..uhmm I just dont like it..(dont hate me now for those of you who love smash box :P). You cant really tell that there's something on your face when you putting this on , but if you missed it for 1 day without using it you can tell that something is missing from your daily routine this morning...well at least for me :) Overall this product works wonder on me...and doesnt fell sticky so it works for my oily skin and the price also not bad definitely cheaper than smash box...so yea i'll buy it again!
Pros:Not sticky, Great Packaging, No scent, Price pretty reasonable, Could double as your moisturizer too if you have oily skin Cons:Nothing..really..
My skin type: combination oily, but still dehydrated (lacks water, but enough oil).
I think the primer is one of the nicest looking I've ever tried on my skin...the skin on my hand that is! It's not a bad primer, but I can't say it's the best either.
What it did good, was giving the skin a nice glow, with light reflecting pigment in it, but still, the parts where my skin is a bit reddish (around the nose area), it only made the redness sparkle, and that was not quite the effect I wanted.
However, this is meant to use underneath other makeup, not alone (many primers can be used alone over moisturizer). I felt like my liquid foundation was spared, i used less than with no primer. Still, I didn't feel like it looked any better than if I put it right over my moisturizer.
I'm sure it goes well with some skintypes, you have to try it to see. But with mine it didn't do great wonders. I've tried better. I decided to try it because I love MAC makeup. I was kind of disappointed because it has such beautiful shimmer in it, but my skin seemed a tad irritated from wearing it. So better luck to others, I recommend to try it anyways. If you blend it with the foundation it may work better than applying it first.
Pros:Cheap, pump bottle, beautiful looking shimmer Cons:the shimmer may irritate delicate skintypes, doesn't look that good on face than on hand ;)
This is my first lash primer and I LOVE it. I have very little in the way of lashes but p+p gives me long and lovely ones. It also prevents clumping and flaking of my mascara. Thumbs up!
I like this product too. It goes on really smoothly and has enough pigment in it to cover any disclolourations on my lid. I don't use it as much as I used to as I've discovered UDPP which seems to work even better at holding shadow in place. However if my eyes are red or looking tired I still reach for this one

I used primer with 50 SPF. I always wish to have the "perfect" skin. After using this product its makes my skin more radiant and i felt satisfied that almost feel the perfectness.. :P My make up stays on until end of the day. great!!
I was really excited when I purchased this but I was not very pleased. I feel like it makes no difference in the way my skin looks or how long my makeup stays on... Maybe it has something to do with my skin type (dry combo). I'm going to finish the bottle and then move on to something new.

Horrible product. When i purchased, the girl there told me to make sure to apply powder otherwise it would crease. I should never have bought it, it is complete crap! The paints are so much better as a base.
I use this after I moisturize my face and before I use powder/blush. I don't use fountain so I can't coment on how it work with that. I feel that it smooths the skin so that neither the powder or blush goes it to the pores. It sort of seals the skin. I do believe that it does keep my blush on longer because on me blush just seems to disapear.
Geeze. For me this was overpriced lip balm and strongly reminded me of the top coat stuff you get with the long wearing lip colors that have a paint for your lips and then a seperate shiney top coat.
It felt greasy going on and I really couldn't tell the difference between when I wear this under my lipstick and when I don't. My MAC Lip Conditioner and Burts Bees Lip Balm give the exact same results.
Definitely will not waste my time of money with this.
I love this stuff. I feel really lucky to have so many products that all make great eyeshadow bases and truly last on my skin.
This is a great, no fuss base. I have this in medium dark and it melts into my skin. It comes in a little pot and I just smear a very thin coat of this on my eyelid using my finger.
The color evens out the skn tone on my lids and makes my eyeshadows look so smooth. The only trick is that you have to be careful not to use too much or your eyeshadow will crease in no time.
I like these on days when I don't want a color base and don't feel like messing with the stupid paint tube that my Bamboom Paint comes in. Also, this travels a whole lot better than MAC Paints do.

I got this item as a free product and I thought that it would work as well as the other Prep + Prime products that MAC offers. I was wrong. This product comes in five different shades ranging from light to deep dark. I got the medium one. I applied it all over my lid and then proceded to apply my eye make up. After a few hours, my eye shadows had creased and I was very unhappy with the way my shadow looked. I also hated the container that it came in.
I got this product on a whim and I am happy that I did. I apply this before my liner/lipstick/gloss. It smoothes my lips out and makes a nice base for my lip products. It makes my lips feel smooth and it helps with the staying power of whatever lip product I am wearing on top of it.
IMO, this is a great product. It separates my lashes and preps them for my mascara. The biggest problem I have with my mascaras is that they don't separate my lashes. It doesn't matter which mascaraI try... it happens with all of them. This primer certainly does what its supposed to do. It lenghtens and separates and when I apply my mascara, my lashes look way better.
I didn't really think that I needed a primer but once I tried this product, I was a believer! I have dry skin with some redness on my cheeks. It helps soothe the redness on my cheeks and creates a nice base for my foundation. It has no scent and I really like the pumpo dispenser. All I need is one pump and I brush it all over my face with a foundation brush. I do notice that my foundation glides after I put it on so I don't put as much foundation which is even better. I have used it with both liquid and powder foundation and it works great.
My MAC makeup artist recommended this product to me because I have oily eyelids, and have a hard time keeping eyeshadow on my lids without it creasing in about 3 hours. The MAC Prep+Prime worked wonders on my eyelids, and I can wear eyeshadow TWICE as long without it creasing even on my oily skin! Very highly recommended!
Pros:Works good on oily skin, and works very good to keep your eyeshadow intact. Cons:Sort of pricey, but lasts a long time!
i never tried a primer for the lashes be4 so i got this one after hearing alot of great things about it.. thank god i got it! it condtions my lashes and doesnt make them stick together so my mascara goes on smooth and doesnt flake
I love it! Creates a smooth palette on the face so powder or foundation goes on smoothly and evenly. Makes powder/foundation last longer as well.
