 Ok, here it is sweet & simple, this is the best supplement I have ever found. I had gastric by pass in 2001, and since suffered from animia, I was refered to Bob Barefoots Coral Calcium, actually I enquired and he called me, explained what I needed to take, how much and other supplements that I needed because of my compromised system, so if anyone out there has a bypass, we need to take supplements everyday, we know this, he put me on vit D and the coral...guess what my numbers are great and I was taking B12 shots every week that were not working. now I just take the supplement and my body obsorbs the nutrition I need, since it worked so well for me, everyone I know takes it...I am Grateful for this product and the scientist that developed it and that he took the time to call me & help me live a healthy life!
