This is a great supplement if you suffer from urinary tract infections.  As we all know, cranberries are great for flushing bacteria out of your bladder.  This also includes 2 other berries, blueberry and bearberry which are also proven to help with urinary tract health.  I will actually chew a few of these whenever I feel like I might be coming down with a urinary tract infection.  Ever since I started on these and used when needed, I’ve never had a full blown infection that I had to see my doctor for….YAAA, this stuff is great and convenient.
