A liquid vitamin with Vitamin C and B Vitamins. It is much easier to take then vitamin tablets. You don't need water to take it, but I usually put it in my tea. The bottle recommends just squirting it on your tongue. It is made with sorbitol, which is an artificial sweetener. I can really taste the sorbitol. It isn't bad, it's just distinct.

Pros: better than tablets
Cons: sort of pricey, but not really any more expensive than other quality vitamins
