this is a great spot treatment for pimples. It makes mine shrink overnight. I normally don't like using anything that isn't natural but this helps when I get a huge monster on my face (stress/whatever the cause).
Pros:Dries out pimples, makes smaller Cons:Drying but shrinking pimple is more important
I used to use this religiously before my skin went hyper sensitive. Now this is wayyy to harsh for regular use.
Back in high school this was the only thing I needed for blemishes. It would get rid of my pimples in about 3 days.
Now, I can only dab a little on to a spot with a Qtip when my period makes my skin go crazy. I still rate this pretty high because the product is great, but skin just can't handle the BP anymore.

When I use this my pimples are dramatically reduced overnight, much smaller in size and less irritated looking. This is the best OTC acne treatment I have ever tired. Can be drying so just reduce treatment to once a day or every other day. It's also a good idea to use a moisturizer underneath. I always have this on hand just in case, works wonderfully!
This definitely does the trick in getting rid of those pesky blemishes. I can usually see a great improvement after just one night of use, and within 2, it's under control enough that you can't see it anymore under my makeup.
As with any acne treatment product, it can be very drying, so be sure to keep moisturized!
I've been using Persagel for years, and now that my brother has started having a few bumps, he uses it too. It's a great spot treatment, though can be too drying if used too many nights in a row. I will never be without this!
