First off, I wasn't sure where to put this.  It's a diet aid, but body detox and helps eliminate acne as well. 

 

This is a great supplement if you suffer from urinary tract infections.  As we all know, cranberries are great for flushing bacteria out of your bladder.  This also includes 2 other berries, blueberry and bearberry which are also proven to help with urinary tract health.  I will actually chew a few of these whenever I feel like I might be coming down with a urinary tract infection.  Ever since I started on these and used when needed, I’ve never had a full blown infection that I had to see my doctor for….YAAA, this stuff is great and convenient.

This is a Joint Replenishing Complex.  Melalueca's formula of Glucosamine, Bromelain, Ginger and Green Tea.  This combination helps to rebuild cartalidge and provide strength in your joints.   Because of past gymnastics, track, cheerleading, my joints are paying me back now.  This stuff works great and after a few weeks my joints feel well again.  Of course then I stop the supplement and go for about 6 months before I’m sore again.  Says you can take them every day, but I just say, ehhhhh, I’ll take them when I need them.

I am such a fan of Glaceau Vitamin Waters.  I have never been a big soda drinker.  I am a water lover but sometimes I want something with a little more taste.  I used to reach for PowerAde and GatorAde but I know these products have a little to much sodium and I am on a sodium restricted diet.  When Vitamin Waters were released they were a dream come true for me.  The variety is great in both taste and properties.  The taste is light.  They are refreshing and thirst quenching.  I drink these all the time and if I'm feeling ill I always reach for these.  They are light in taste, and they have vitamins.  I don't know if I can convey how awesome these are.  I drink most of them but my favorites are: Power-C which has 250 % of Vitamin C with only 125 calories in comparison to the acid and high carbs in orange juice, Revive which has potassium and 50% of most necessary B Vitamins, Formula 50 which has 50% of most of the necessary daily vitamins.  They come in a 20 oz. bottle and I've seen them anywhere from $1.50 to $2.00 each but hey it's worth it and you can pay about that much for a 20 oz. soda.  Highly recommend!!!!

These vitamin waters come in 10 different flavors with different nutrients geared towards your needs. The fruit punch is my favorite but they are all great especially on a hot day. I keep my fridge stocked with them for when we go biking. 

This juice is so yummy.  All Naked juices contain  a pound of fruit in every bottle.  I haven't tried a flavor that I don't like, but the Mighty Mango is definitely my favorite so far.  Each bottle lists the fruit inside (in this case, 2 mangoes, 2 apples, 1 orange, 1/2 banana, & a hint of lemon). 

 

The Mighty Mango flavor is an antioxidant smoothie, while others may be rich in vitamin C, etc.  Also listed on each bottle are the vitamins (in this case, 9500 IU Vitamin A, 171 IU Vitamin E, 296 IU Vitamin C, and 93 mcg Selenium). 

 

I can't get over how good this stuff is.  There are flavors that are just juice (i.e. not thick like a smoothie), such as Blueberry Pomegranate.  They are very expensive though, at over $3 for a 15.2 oz. bottle.  Each bottle contains 2 servings.  I found them in their own refrigerator in the organic section of my local grocery store.

 

This is a delicious, nutritious food bar with 500 mg of Spirulina. When I opened it thought it was gonna be yucky because it was green but it was actually very good. It's a thick and densely packed bar with raisins, rolled oats, and bananas and packed full of vitamins.

 This is by far the best tasting green supplement i've tried. It gives me energy and helps keep me regular.

Ambrotose is a glyconutritional dietary supplement for immune system support. Glyconutrients are fast becoming common knowledge to both doctors and the general public. It is expected that in the near future, glyconutrients will become the standard care given by medical doctors for all auto-immune diseases.  I have been taking it for 6 years and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve the quality of their health or maintain it. It comes in either capsule or powder form. I prefer the powder. It can be added to food or mixed in water. I take alot of supplements but if I could only choose one, this would definitely be it.

These drops are great for relieving eye fatigue. They work very fast and also help dry, red, blurry eyes.

A liquid vitamin with Vitamin C and B Vitamins. It is much easier to take then vitamin tablets. You don't need water to take it, but I usually put it in my tea. The bottle recommends just squirting it on your tongue. It is made with sorbitol, which is an artificial sweetener. I can really taste the sorbitol. It isn't bad, it's just distinct. 

I love Xendrine EFX and the 8 hr formula too. I get great results from this product. I have tried Hydroxycut and Metabolife, but Xenadrin is the best. It doesn't make me too jittery and it does what I need. I am a dance instructor and I need that extra kick in the .... I do eat with it, because I can't take it on an empty stomach. I find that this product gives me energy and helps to control my appetite.

I really like these pills... after taking Stacker3 (with Ephedra) in the past, I've gotten really sensitive to added stimulants in diet pills. I really like how these are both Ephedra & Caffeine free, so there is no racing heart, no jitters, no dizziness.  Although the results are not as quick as the other caffeine added version, it definitely helps. And for people who want a way to contol their appetite without feeling "weird" - this is a great way to go.  I can say that I do see results, and that while they are gradual, I think that if I actually got off my lazy butt & exercised more - it would probably be better! LOL  But definitely like these pills best when it comes to having no 'side effects'.

Overall rating = 2. My bf and I wanted to try this out because of  a recommendation from a guy who drinks this stuff and it worked for him.

 I never liked the taste of energy drinks and this one tastes horrible! My bf said it tastes like kerosene. lol. 

 

What it does to make you lose weight is it makes your body shiver and sweat (I don't know either. lol).

 

I recommend drinking half of  a bottle at a time/per day. It will have you wanting to climb up the walls, and wanting to run marathons. But be careful, stuff with  caffeine or stuff like this can upset your stomach. So be near a bathroom. lol.

 

Price rating = 4. They're kind of expensive. $2.00 a bottle. Sometiems they're sold in boxes. It just depends on where/how you buy them.

 

Packing quality = 4. It was in this neat little metal bottle. My bf wanted to keep them at first because he liked the bottle. It helps keeps the stuff cold, which is the best way to drink it.
