Got this product from my acupuncturist b/c I was feeling unmotivated, mildly depressed, etc. She said it was probably due to hormonal changes. Since I tried a few things at once I didn't know what was making me feel better until I ran out of this product. The best thing I can say about it is that I feel "normal" again. If anyone has gone through the doldrums of perimenopause, they know what this means. Some incredients: B Complex, Vitamin E, Calcium, Soy, Dong Quai, Evening Primrose, and St. John's Wort. My daughter now takes it for PMS and swears by it, too. The only down side is trying to find some.
