I have always had a problem with insomnia, Have tired over the counter products and some prescription medications. Recently I decided to try aromatherapy. Went down to local Bath and Body Works and they had a whole section of aromatherapy products. I found a navy blue bottle set of three: bubble bath, body oil and lotion. Went home and ran myself a nice Lavendar and Vanilla bubble bath and then slathered on the body lotion. I felt relaxed and ended up having a great nights sleep. They also have sheet spray and will let you know how that works. But for a relaxing nights sleep-try Bath and body aromatherapy. Comes in several scents and is very relaxing!!!! Good night.
Pros: Really works and lotion is particularly lubricating.
Cons: This specific brand can only be bought at local Bath and Body Works.
Review on: Health Clubs and Gyms No - Brand 24HR Fitness
24HR Fitness is a very good chain of clubs. I travel quite a bit and find that each gym is fairly consistent in quality and cleanliness. The larger gyms offer child care. All of the equipment is new or well maintained. They also offer quite a nice variety of classes led by gym members. I would recommend 24HR Fitness to anyone who is looking for a fun, well maintained, clean and energetic health club.

Lipodec The Complete Body Diet:
First off, I wasn't sure where to put this. It's a diet aid, but body detox and helps eliminate acne as well.
This was a dietary supplement that helped with weightloss and someone discovered it also cleared their skin. I used it to clear my skin and actually lost some weight too. Ingrediants are:
Green Tea, Oat Fiber, CLA, Salmon Oil Powder, Blueberry Extract, Garlic Extract, Tomato Concentrate, Broccoli Extract, Spinach and Red Wine Extract.
I tried this to help with my acne several months ago and found I lost some weight too (I was not taking it for weightloss...but that was a plus). Now I'm not so sure about what it did for my acne, but I love the ingrediants and most ingrediants are great for your skin, body and detoxifying. I used this supplement for the ingrediants now.

This is a great supplement if you suffer from urinary tract infections. As we all know, cranberries are great for flushing bacteria out of your bladder. This also includes 2 other berries, blueberry and bearberry which are also proven to help with urinary tract health. I will actually chew a few of these whenever I feel like I might be coming down with a urinary tract infection. Ever since I started on these and used when needed, I’ve never had a full blown infection that I had to see my doctor for….YAAA, this stuff is great and convenient.

This is a Joint Replenishing Complex. Melalueca's formula of Glucosamine, Bromelain, Ginger and Green Tea. This combination helps to rebuild cartalidge and provide strength in your joints. Because of past gymnastics, track, cheerleading, my joints are paying me back now. This stuff works great and after a few weeks my joints feel well again. Of course then I stop the supplement and go for about 6 months before I’m sore again. Says you can take them every day, but I just say, ehhhhh, I’ll take them when I need them.

This is my favorite disc out of the whole series because you get more of a workout from it.
This is great for toning your body without actually doing anything that it stressful.
Electra's attitude throughout the series is playful and infectious. She really seems to encourage you from the screen to not only execute the montions properly, but also with your own sense of attitude.

This who series is a whole lot of fun.
Disc One is very preliminary and basic. It teaches you basic moves and stretches. The dances on it are basic. I was able to master them on the first try and went through the whole disc without breathing heavy or breaking a sweat. Its perfect for easing you in to the series.
I turn to these dvds when I need a bit of mindless aerobic activity. Since she walks you through these steps, its a lot easier than poping in an old Britney Spears music video and teaching yourself the choreography as a work out.
Overall these are playful and fun, but I prefer the 2nd disc.

I am such a fan of Glaceau Vitamin Waters. I have never been a big soda drinker. I am a water lover but sometimes I want something with a little more taste. I used to reach for PowerAde and GatorAde but I know these products have a little to much sodium and I am on a sodium restricted diet. When Vitamin Waters were released they were a dream come true for me. The variety is great in both taste and properties. The taste is light. They are refreshing and thirst quenching. I drink these all the time and if I'm feeling ill I always reach for these. They are light in taste, and they have vitamins. I don't know if I can convey how awesome these are. I drink most of them but my favorites are: Power-C which has 250 % of Vitamin C with only 125 calories in comparison to the acid and high carbs in orange juice, Revive which has potassium and 50% of most necessary B Vitamins, Formula 50 which has 50% of most of the necessary daily vitamins. They come in a 20 oz. bottle and I've seen them anywhere from $1.50 to $2.00 each but hey it's worth it and you can pay about that much for a 20 oz. soda. Highly recommend!!!!

These vitamin waters come in 10 different flavors with different nutrients geared towards your needs. The fruit punch is my favorite but they are all great especially on a hot day. I keep my fridge stocked with them for when we go biking.

This juice is so yummy. All Naked juices contain a pound of fruit in every bottle. I haven't tried a flavor that I don't like, but the Mighty Mango is definitely my favorite so far. Each bottle lists the fruit inside (in this case, 2 mangoes, 2 apples, 1 orange, 1/2 banana, & a hint of lemon).
The Mighty Mango flavor is an antioxidant smoothie, while others may be rich in vitamin C, etc. Also listed on each bottle are the vitamins (in this case, 9500 IU Vitamin A, 171 IU Vitamin E, 296 IU Vitamin C, and 93 mcg Selenium).
I can't get over how good this stuff is. There are flavors that are just juice (i.e. not thick like a smoothie), such as Blueberry Pomegranate. They are very expensive though, at over $3 for a 15.2 oz. bottle. Each bottle contains 2 servings. I found them in their own refrigerator in the organic section of my local grocery store.

Got this product from my acupuncturist b/c I was feeling unmotivated, mildly depressed, etc. She said it was probably due to hormonal changes. Since I tried a few things at once I didn't know what was making me feel better until I ran out of this product. The best thing I can say about it is that I feel "normal" again. If anyone has gone through the doldrums of perimenopause, they know what this means. Some incredients: B Complex, Vitamin E, Calcium, Soy, Dong Quai, Evening Primrose, and St. John's Wort. My daughter now takes it for PMS and swears by it, too. The only down side is trying to find some. This is a delicious, nutritious food bar with 500 mg of Spirulina. When I opened it thought it was gonna be yucky because it was green but it was actually very good. It's a thick and densely packed bar with raisins, rolled oats, and bananas and packed full of vitamins.
Pros: No refined sugars. Delicious, nutritious food bar.

Ok, here it is sweet & simple, this is the best supplement I have ever found. I had gastric by pass in 2001, and since suffered from animia, I was refered to Bob Barefoots Coral Calcium, actually I enquired and he called me, explained what I needed to take, how much and other supplements that I needed because of my compromised system, so if anyone out there has a bypass, we need to take supplements everyday, we know this, he put me on vit D and the coral...guess what my numbers are great and I was taking B12 shots every week that were not working. now I just take the supplement and my body obsorbs the nutrition I need, since it worked so well for me, everyone I know takes it...I am Grateful for this product and the scientist that developed it and that he took the time to call me & help me live a healthy life!
Pros: It just works, because it's coral calcium from okanowa Japan, the only type the human body will obsorbe!
Cons: Non...it gave me a life back! all women should take it for sure..all ages!
