Miscellaneous Shoes ttt timberland Euro hikers- $169.00
Review on: Shoes ttt timberland Euro hikers
The classic Timberland Euro Hiker is my all time favorite shoe.  I have a pair in the dark brown that I have worn for years and they still have a lot of wear left in them, but do look a bit roughed up so I am going to invest in a new pair this fall so I will have "nice" ones to wear out to town LOL.  The cheapest I have ever seen this classic leather style was about $130.00 dollars, but I have seen similar styles in other colors by Timberland for as little as $60.00 and have been tempted, but I just cannot bring myself to not stick to my favorites in color and material.  I can wear these shoes all day and walk forever and my feet never hurt nor do I get back pain ( a problem for me with my scoliosis), plus they support my ankles.  These are the shoes I will be wearing all the time when I retire in about 20 years (hopefully they will still make them or mine will still be around).  Defintely a causal shoe/boot that only goes with jeans or very casual khakis, but I have yet to meet anyone who has a pair who does not love them as much as I do.
Pros: great padding, foot and ankle support, durability is wonderful
Cons: pricey

These are the only knee high boots that actually fit me everywhere, they are leather and I love how they feel.
Pros: They are fitted from bottom to top, rare in many knee high boots
Cons: Expensive
Miscellaneous Shoes Oakley Chop Saw- $155.00
Review on: Shoes Oakley Chop Saw
These shoes are excellent!  They are comfortable as hell!  I really do like them.  the only issue was with the price.  At $155 they were pretty darn expensive.  But what do you expect from Oakley...eh???  Anyhow I like them
Pros: Very comfortable and sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek
Cons: Expensive as hell
Miscellaneous Shoes Eastland Ontario style Oxford shoe
Review on: Shoes Eastland Ontario style Oxford shoe
If you're looking for a casual, comfortable, brown leather shoe, try these!  These are the most comfortable such leather shoes I've ever worn!  I've also heard that Eastlands usually last a long time, but I've only had these shoes for a few weeks so I can't speak for myself.  (I know these aren't as stylish as a sexy brown boot, but some days I just don't want to wear heels!)

These were a little expensive for just a casual shoe at $60, but since they are made of real leather and supposedly last a long time, I think it was worth the investment.  (Actually I got these on sale anyway, at Shoe Carnival!)

The only other drawback is that these don't have a lot of tread, so be careful if you're walking on ice in the winter!

Pros: Comfortable!
Cons: Price, not much tread
Miscellaneous Shoes Glacee Sandra style boots
Review on: Shoes Glacee Sandra style boots
I looked all through our local mall for a pair of black boots that had a low, fairly narrow but not super-skinny heel, and a pointed or slightly pointed toe, but could find nothing.  (Basically, I wanted boots that weren't chunky and were "grown up" and sophisticated, but still comfy with a low heel!)  I then found these boots at Shoe Carnival and they were exactly what I was looking for!  Plus, they are very comfortable and padded on the inside to keep my legs warm in the winter.  They were $60 regularly priced but I got them on sale.

My only complaint is that my calves are very skinny and there is quite a large gap at the top of the boot, so I can't wear these with a skirt.  (But I've never found a knee-high boot that worked with a skirt on me!)  But they look great with all my jeans!

Here is a picture I took:

Pros: Low heel, sexy style, comfortable, decent price for a knee-high boot
Cons: Top half of the boot is too wide for my skinny legs
Miscellaneous Shoes Uggs Classic Short - women's

Overall rating = 4. I LOVE these boots! They are soooo comfortable and warm! I live by the ocean, so it can be kind of cold and chilly. I usually wear these with jeans though. I don't like when people try to be trendy with them and wear them with skirts. What's the point of wearing a skirt and Uggs in the summer?! lol. They come ina ton of colors now. A lot of them in pastel colors for spring and summer.

The only fall back is the fluffy stuff inside. The fur comes off and sticks to your feet. The black ones are the worst! That's why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. They can also look really worn and and baggy, I guess you would say, and I don't like when shoes look dirty. And the light colors can get dirty kind of easily.

Price rating = 4. They're kind of expensive.  But there are knockoffs that are cheaper.

Packing quality = 3. It comes in the usual shoe box, so no hoo haa there.

Miscellaneous Shoes Ralph Lauren Lauren by Ralph Lauren Bellance Boots- $203.95
Review on: Shoes Ralph Lauren Lauren by Ralph Lauren Bellance Boots
So last weekend, I got a killer deal on a pair of boots I'd been eyeing for months. They finally got here on Thursday & I wanted to share my delight.

So far, they're really nice. I've only been wearing them around the house, but they suit my needs perfectly. I've got really skinny ankles & calves so finding a knee-high boot is always a challenge for me. These were perfect--not too baggy @ the ankle nor was there a large gap @ the calf. The leather is quite soft & sturdy & the heel is just the right height @ 3.5 inches. Initially, I was concerned when trying to zip up the side, but realized that the inner buckle contains an adjustable snap to allow for easy access.

List price on Zappos.com is $203.95 & as of 03.19.05, on sale for $176.95; purchased w/a price-match from shoes.com for only $79.09.
