The Basic 4-Step Skincare Regimen Step

You need to find a good cleanser that your skin responds well to, and stick with it
Exfoliation is the step most people skip in their weekly skincare routine.
A basic rule of beauty is that if you have dry skin, you should invest in a basic moisturizer.
The cause of wrinkles is sun damage, so it's important to use a sunscreen of at least 30 SPF from your early years on even in winter and on cloudy days.

Additionally, sleep always on your back. Eat lots of veggies, exfoliate your skin by the time to recover dead cells and make a use of lip plumpers.

My biggest skin care tip? Keep it natural!

Mother Nature knows how to make a killer skin treatment that can keep your skin looking better than any chemical-laden cream you can buy. Stock your fridge with ingredients such as Strawberries (zaps zits), avocado (hydrates and reverses aging process), honey (anti-bacteria, cleanses the skin and fights acne), oatmeal (gentle exfoliant and cleanser), baking soda (effective microdermabrasion treatment), egg whites (tightens and tones the skin) etc..

There are so many options! There are a whole bunch of natural skin care DIY ideas over at (Link deleted per Terms of Service. ) if you want more ideas :-)

This the best home mask for wrinkle ;Peel and cut the papaya in to small pieces and mash them to a pulp, then pour it into a mixing bowl and add the egg white, yogurt, honey, and the lemon juice and mix it well until you have creamy paste  and apply on your face gently and relax for 15 to 20 minutes. Then wash it with lukewarm water and pat your skin clean towel and finally apply moisturizer.

I'm new to this whole thing so please excuse me if my question seems laughably simple.

I've been wondering if a guy would be able to get any benefit from things like body butter, or should I consider it the exact same as a mud soap? If it would also help should I consider staying away from any scents in particular or would it really matter?

I figure you you tend to like the scent enough to use it yourself you can't possibly dislike it if I guy were to use it, is my logic flawed?

I honestly thought this would be easy "Girls use all this junk to make themselves look better why can't I?" It appears I was ill-prepared.

Guys can definitely benefit from body butter. To me, it's like a very rich moisturizer. I love how my husband always has soft skin. Some scents would be considered co-ed, gender neutral. Others may be considered girly, depending on whose opinion is being considered. You should be safe with vanilla if it's not too sugary, apple, mango, citrus, cucumber, or spices, other scents would probably be case by case.

Absolutely. Men get dry skin so there is no reason you can't use the same products. Obviously I wouldn't go for anything very perfumey. I do know Tree Hut has a body butter that is almond scented that is nice and more of a genderless scent. Looks like this and is available at most drugstores, Target, Walmart, and online.

I'm really trying to find a great sunscreen for my face that won't clog my pores because I know it's important to wear some all year round, especially because I have fair skin! Can anyone recommend a good SPF for oily skin?

Tip for oil free skin#

Milk cream is helpful to remove darkness. Do massage with milk cream for up to 10 minutes. Then after, rub the lemon and wash that area of the skin with cold water to get oil free and glowing complexion.

Definitely! Drinking water is think one of the best tips for a glowing skin. For my skin I always prefer to stay natural.

1.) I always go for herbal facials.

2.) Try and go for spa or mud baths once a week. Seriously, this has many health benefits associated with it.

3.) Also for acupuncture.

These tips will make you glow like gold from inside that is naturally. Moreover, it will make you fit and healthier.

One of my skin tips is to try using this DIY yogurt face mask, its cheap, easy, and very effective! This will help fight against acne, fade acne scars & sun spots, and add great moisture to your skin, it can also prevent premature aging and wrinkles. I hope it will work out for you, and spread it around to others. Let me know how it works out for you ^^

One of the main things everyone should do to have clear skin is to exfoliate. Exfoliating can remove dead skin cells which cause wrinkles and acne. Dead skin cells also make your face look dull and don't let your daily skin care routine work properly. I use the Artistry microdermabrasion system, and. Got to say, it is amazing! You can see the difference as soon as your done. Check out my video for a demonstration:

How it is to use almond oil as a moisturizer? I am applying it on daily basis before to go to sleep. I keep it for whole night. However, i have become a consultant for world organic products and going to use their Luminous roseship moisturizer.
