Beauty Box 5: Problems with cancelling?

I checked my credit card online today to see I was charged $12 from Beauty Box 5. I'm not happy at all since I cancelled the account last month.

My account looks different from yours and I cancelled last month as well. Hopefully I was not charged since it wasn't under my own card at the time I subscribed and I cannot check if I was charged.

They replied to my Facebook comment and said to email them. I've done that so now it's a waiting game.

Hm, I canceled last month and I had no issues.

I cancelled last month and got an email today saying they had just sent April's box.  I emailed them that I REALLY want to cancel.

Ugh, I'm somewhat annoyed. I cancelled I believe back in February or March and received a notice via email today that my box shipped out. I emailed them so Hopefully it's just a technical glitch on their end.
