I got an email from them about 25 days after I placed my initial order. The email was titled subscription status but the email was completely empty. I emailed them back and I got no response. I called the number on my invoice sheet that was sent with the box but it said it was disconnected (I even dialed the number 3 times just to make sure I was dialing it correctly.) There is no number listed on their website (at least the last time I checked) so after a couple days I wrote to them via facebook message and that was when they responded. My fiance likes their products, but their customer service is really lacking. Their stuff is sold in stores, so if he wants more, we'll try to find it in a store.
