YES, I agree, a color chart would be very helpful, good idea!

 

Also, I would like to see small samples for 1-2$ to test the products before buying the larger sizes.  At 6-10$ per item, I don't think it's returnable if I don't like it or it's the wrong color.  CVS and Walgreens has a return on cosmetics, but I doubt walmart does.  I'd hate to spend $30 on 3 items and find out they are not the correct color or I don't like them for whatever reason.  Samples would be affordable and make me MORE likely to purchase (and continue to purchase) the products!

WalMart has a return anything policy.

 

I was thinking the same thing shortly after posting. All cosmetics companies need to start offering samples. I find  companies very unattractive or unappealing when they don't have samples and or a fair return policy. Ulta is one company that upsets me when it comes to sampling products.

Boo, the BB Cream has no sunscreen. Scratch that from my list of things to try.

I ventured to 3 different Wal-Mart's today and no luck   Guess I'll just order online. 

Got my order of Flower stuff yesterday, finally and was so excited. I'm finding the beauty balm to be really cakey, but maybe I'm applying too much? Not sure...I guess I'll have to tinker.

I use a stipple brush for my bb creams or beauty blender.. I don't actually like applying any foundations or bb creams with my fingers anymore lol..find I rub too much off and the tools allow me to build up coverage, if necessary.

After doing some more reading, I think I need moisturizer first. This BB cream is really dry and I've been spoiled for years by my oily skin. Might also use some tools, thanks, MissLindaJean! :)

Love love love the Real Techniques expert face brush for BB cream. Kind of buffs it on. Perfect finish

i went to walmart today just to find this makeup with no such luck. lets not discuss the $50 i spent on other things however....
 

ok ladies ive bought 3 of the face products

 

BB CREAM- FANTASTIC COVERAGE!!!!!! and available in a very light shade for porcelain dolls like myself it isnt as moisturizing as i want but ive been wearing it 10 hrs and its only worn off around the nose

 

Foundation- i havent worn on my face yet but it has a pump applicator available in TONS of shades (usually the lightest color in every brand is too dark for me but i bought shade LF3!!!!

                       (i will have an update to how this wears later)

 

Loose powder- i have never used a loose powder other than mineral foundation so i was looking forward to this especially since all powders are too dark for me and since the line has great super fair shades i had great hopes but when i opened up my box it looks like shade L03 (the darkest color)

 maybe this was labeled wrong??? well see

 

 

 

 

 

Liquid foundation in LF3 on left BB cream in BB1 on right these maybe my HOLY GRAIL foundations they have fantastic coverage!!!  and they dont feel heavy

 

the bb cream is more of a matte finish no powder needed the liquid foundation is more of a natural finish

 

if you dont like a lot of coverage maybe try their tinted moisturizer

:) I always mix my foundation with my regular sunscreen anyway, you could try that too.

 

are these products limited edition, or should they come back in stock once the hype dies down? love the idea of the stackable lippies/eyeshadows!

When I spoke with the woman stocking in Health & Beauty yesterday (where there was no sign of Flower), she told me the rep had been there for days trying to set up the display and she kept having to call back to corporate because she is missing so many pieces she can't put it together. It could be up to a week. She did say plenty of people had asked about it and that she herself was looking forward to trying the products. So I left with no new beauty items. Well, that's not true...I bought myself the WnW Walking on Eggshells palette as a consolation.

I've read some reviews on various Flower products and am excited to learn the polish is 3 free. I did read that the lip butters don't have great staying power and leave that fugly ring around your lips after a few hours of wear, but are super pigmented.
I'm hoping to find the display at my local WalMarts and pick up the BB cream, some polish and cream eye shadows. Oh, and a lipstick!

 

Yeah, you are far less lazy than I am. My whole love for BB creams stems from the fact that I don't want to put a bunch of things on my face in the morning. I like one product that does basically everything. ;)

Oh, I got so excited after reading all this about the BB cream and I went to look at the ingredients and it has at least three paraben ingredients. Bummer as I am trying to cut them out. I have been wanting to try a more Asian type BB cream, but all of them either contain parabens, suncreen I cannot use, or are really expensive.

 

Any news on whether the velvet lipsticks actually look velvety? Because that is something I would love to have!

My area Walmart was just stocking these last Friday when I went. I picked up a nail polish and a mascara. The polish gets great reviews from me - it didn't chip/crack/peel for a full 2 1/2- 3 days (without a topcoat) which I can't even get with Essie or OPI. I probably only needed 1 coat too, but I used 2 coats for extra pigmentation. The mascara, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Wimpy brush and no lengthening/plumping as far as I can tell. Barely even noticeable on. Can't wait to go back and try some more products. 

I can't wait to try some of these products. The only thing I don't like about it is the same thing that I don't like about Hard Candy, you can only get them in Walmart. I very rarely go to Walmart, I prefer Target instead, so I guess I'll have to check out swatches and reviews, then order them online:/ Or have my mom pick some up for me when she goes to Walmart to get her scrub! hahahha:)

Wow....it's a great news for beauty Parlour for lunching new product for beauty.  I have also orderd for Flower Cosmetics and in few days it will accessible to everyone.
 

I am curious about what they will say. It seems really foolish on the part of Wal-Mart to say it is paraben free if it is not. Especially now that information gets around so quickly.

I guess at the very least, the ingredients are listed. I hate when you buy a product and it doesn't have ingredient info listed anywhere on the package or online--some lancome foundation made me break out like crazy a while ago, and I had to resort to 3rd party sites to find out info.

 

I'm not a huge stickler about parabens so I don't mind terribly, and that BB cream looks pretty great. does anyone have pics of the stackable lip glosses/eyeshadows? I'm confused about how they work, since the stock photos are a little vague. does each shade have its own built-in brush?

Such a great effect in face. I will also use this product.... :)

so far i havent seen any of the stackable items...the thing that irritates me about them is the concealer trios... they put a light medium and dark shade in each one instead of the 3 light 3 medium and 3 dark...

 

and from what ive seen it doesnt look like a brush it seems like you can just rub it directly on your eyes, lips and blend out w/ your fingertip which thats what i like about it.... id put my concealer, lip and and eyeshadow together for touchups
