  1. Interesting. I wonder what the finish is like, dewy or matte?
  2. Gah, I'm so impatient to try this out but I can not go anywhere near makeup or skincare counters because we are flat broke this week. First world problems!!!!!!
  3. Looks great for spring time!
  4. I live in South Florida which is extremely hot AND humid, and I have a very oily tzone. The only two foundations that have worked for me here are Everlasting from Clarins and Guerlain LdP. Depending on how hot it is I might still get a bit shiny in the tzone, but nothing that a little blotting wont fix and the foundation is still there and looking beautiful.
  5. Ain't nobody got time for that. Besides, if it were up to my DH I would never rock red lips. And my 9 year old son thinks I need to burn a few moles i have on my face, so he would probably have me apply an inch of dermablend to cover them if he knew what that was.
  6. YEs to one and four, hell no to the rest. There's no way I'm sporting glitter.
  7. That's funny that we like ended up with the two same foundations. Definitely let us know how the new formula works for you.
  8. Yellow does not mean warm all the time, there is cool and warm yellow. That being said, I think you are fairly neutral without overt pink tones, so stick to yellower foundations.
  9. The old version of this was one of my two HG, the other one being Guerlain Ldp. The Clarins one is not as luminous as the LdP, but it gives a lovely matte(but not flat) finish. I need to stop in to get a sample. The only downsides is that the shades don't match me exactly. 108 is a bit too yellow and while 107 matches my face exactly, it's a bit pink compared to my neck. I can't wait to try out the new formula. This is a pic of me using the old one. As you can see it gives really nice coverage. Forgot to add that it does not settle and accentuate my pores like ELDW does. ELDW just looks like I have stage makeup on.
  10. Hi there! What part of CR are you from? I lived outside of San Jose for all of three months when I left Cuba for the States. Awesome country.
  11. I can't think of any, but I HATE the cutesy Korean packaging. I'm a grown woman and I don't need my makeup to look like it's made for a 5 year old Disney princess.
  12. I have the emite lash curler, if anyone wants it please link me with your trade list.
  13. I've used this less than 5 times. Asking $32 ppd.
  14. My favorite is Guerlain Ldp, it's a natural but substantial coverage that doesn't disappear after a few hours. The best I've tried. A close second is Clarins Everlasting Foundation.
  15. I don't think I have any plastic type eyeliners, but I love my milani sharpener. I get nice points without all the wood shavings and points breaking off.
