  1. I got my trendsetter box, but it didn't have the brush cleaning cloth or the dry shampoo.
  2. I can't even begin to describe how much I want this to be mine: Adesse New York Liquid Chrome Organic Infused Nail Lacquer in Grand Central
  3. Are there two different bags this month or is the bag double sided?
  4. I cancelled both my boxes for this month. None of the PYS excited me and the curated box was just ok for me.
  5. Ugh. I stil have three bags since I didn't realize that you have to respond to the cancelation email or they don't actually cancel your account. That wouldn't be so bad, but al three of my bags are pretty much the same. This is what I'm getting: Tarte LipSurgence X 3 LAB Blending Brush X 3 Ofra Eyeshadow X 3 Probelle Nail Polish in purple X 3 Skin & Co. Truffle Serum X 2 Harvey Prince Hair Mask X 1 I will have enough purple nail polish to paint my front door. With all the items they had available this month and with how different my profiles are, I'm sort of surprised they ended up so similar.

  8. Thanks @@crescentmoon, I guess I'm off to go argue about whether they are going to fulfill their offer again or not. I had this same problem when they offered the beauty blender for subscribing. I re-upped both of my accounts for that one and one account got an immediate response that they were sending it right out while the other account told me they were out of stock and "try again when they post another promotion". I did end up with them sending the mini beauty blenders on that account, but I'm really tired of having to fight to get them to send what they freely offered to send in the first place.
  9. I was so disappointed to cancel this subscription today. I just can't justify the price hike when it was already the most expensive sub box I received. Maybe when I can afford to do the yearly subscription and the price per box works out to be lower I will resubscribe.
  10. I am so glad they started offering the option to switch out the monthly box for one of the past boxes. This month wasn't thrilling me but I really wanted another set of towels. I am thinking the huge nonfluffy ones we got last month will be perfect for the beach. No fluff means less sand tracked into the car.
  11. That's how the program was origionally marketed. Once you hit Aces the first year it carried over to the next year. If this is a new change and not just a random glitch, it will make paring down my subs a whole lot easier. The points program has dried up with a definate lack of 100 point codes, the inability to buy gift certificates with your points, the downhill spiral of their customer service, and now losing Aces status after being one for years means paying shipping on any smaller orders. I see more trips to Sephora in my future and a whole lot less Birchbox.
  12. I'm sure I missed the discussion of this somewhere else because I really do feel like I live under a rock, but did you all watch the video after the disappointing box one? It was about the new line Birchbox has come out with for 2016 called Arrow. They are starting with three products - a deoderant, cheek tint, and lip balm.
  13. I ordered a men's last time around and got a proper soap and a really nice pair of loafer socks. I am extremely happy with this one!
