  1. 70 Blushes total ; 53 powder and 17 cremeliquid. 14 Bronzers; 12 powder and 2 creme. My favorite blush to use at the moment is Mac Pinch me or Mac creme blush in Glamour Feast. For a cheaper alternative for blush I recommend the Nyx blush in Mocha. As far as bronzer goes I like to switch it up often to make sure all my babies get used lol. But my favorites are Benefit hoola for a matte contour, and Buxom hot escapes bronzer which is a beautiful glowy bronzer for the skin.
  2. Just got done counting... I have $6,762 worth of just makeup products and brushes, not even nail polish , skincare, body products, etc. >_< Loll makeup junkie much? just slightly How does this happen? I don't know Oh yeaaah, because I think I need everything out there, thats why c;
  3. Mac Strobe cream has been a holy grail product lately, I bought it forever ago and never really used it but I've recently been obsessed over it lol. It gives a beautiful dewy glow to the skin that I definitely adore. Also, the Laura mercer Tinted moisturizer has been something I've reached for daily. I absolutely love the Laura Mercier Foundation but I recently purchased the Tinted moisturizer and am loving it. Perfect amount of coverage for people and gives a luminous, sheer coverage look. The Stila in the light palette has been a go to product for a everyday neutral eye, beautiful pigmentation and color choice. The two nail polishes that I've been loving lately are Essie Aruba Blue and Chick Flick Cherry from O.P.I , both very beautiful shades for fallwinter (or whenever you wanna wear them) lol. As for as fragrance goes, Forever Red from Bath and Body Works has been kind of a signature everyday scent. Luxurious and not too over powering, sweet and floral. For hair I highly recommend and love its a 10 miracle leave in spray. It does everything in one step and makes my hair feel and look amazing. One of the wonderful perks of cold weather is that our lips tend to crack and dry out. One of the wonderful products to help prevent and repair lips who have cracked and gotten into bad condition is The Body Shop Coconut lip butter. Goes on buttery smooth and instantly repairs and freshens up lips. If you're a fan of the smell of coconut you're going to love this delicious lip butter.
  4. Holy cow, that would take forever for me to find out the exact numbers. I know for a fact based on just looking at my collection i have well over 4,000 dollars worth , I'm sure way more than that actually loll Its crazy to think about how much money you've spent on makeup! Maybe one of these days out of pure boredom ill tally up the numbers and shock myself extremely lol.
  5. Oh boy... This is going to take a while lol. 6. Well, I have 3 nail polish racks holding 90 aprox. So, Add those up and that makes 270. I'm just slightly a nail polish hoarder lol. My collection consists of mostly O.P.I , china glaze , Essie , Zoya , Daborah Lippmann and Butter London. Plus several random brands ( Wet n wild, sally hansen, a few mac , Orly , sinful colors, revlon, Maybelline, avon, Loreal, Nars, etc. ) Plus I have a few O.P.I and Zoya Nail polishes coming in the mail. So yeah, Im hoping to do some serious decluttering soon because as you can see its very needed lol.
  7. My three most recent purchases have been Big blue bath bomb from Lush because I just ran out of it the other day after having it forever and a day and its my all time favorite bath bomb to use. After that is the Maybelline color tattoo in Barely Branded. Ive been meaning to pick it up but its always out of stock at the places I go and Ive been dying to try it lol. I wasn't planning on getting the mac pigment in Kitschmas but I stopped by at the mac store (even though i probably shouldn't have lol) and even though I don't really reach for pigments that often, as soon as I swatched it I basically had to have it.
  8. Definitely Youtube. I watched tutorials all the time and just got better and better at doing it.
  9. I store mine on a nail polish rack. Its the most efficient way to store them and you can see each and every polish without digging through a drawer or container full of them. I have 3 racks each holding 90 aprox.
  10. For drugstore lip balms I highly recommend maybelline baby lips, soft lips, or carmex. My absolute favorite lip balm (which is high end) is the Fresh sugar lip balm. creamiest, smoothest, softest lips of your life! (maybe...lol) All great products though c:
  11. I have a makeup vanity in my room in which I pretty much always do my makeup at. I just have regular lighting in my room (but my mirror has a light that i can turn on if i want to , although most of the time its off.) Natural sunlight definitely helps, so if you have any windows by you, open the blinds. If you're super duper desperate you could bring a chair and little table outside and whatever makeup you'll be using so that you can have completely natural light, although that doesn't seem practical at all especially if weather is bad lol. But yeah, try different lighting and bulbs for the area and hope for the best c; I feel your pain though, trust me I can't stand when the lighting is bad and I can't truly see how my makeup looks!
  12. I guess I'll be the person to give you a little 101 on brushes lol. Starting with the face brushes their are several different types of brushes to cover anything you could possibly want or need. Foundation brush ; The Tightly packed, tapered bristles are designed to achieve a smooth, flawless finish with your foundation. Duo fibre stippling brush ; Ideal for buffing and blending color . Provides lightweight build able coverage for liquid, cream, or powder. Great for cream blush. Concealer brush ; Used to apply concealer under the eyes and around the face. Powder brush ; This soft, rounded brush is ideal for sweeping powder onto the face. Load your brush, tap off any excess product, and apply to the skin. Fan brush ; Sweeps a light dusting of powder onto the skin. Great for highlighting the cheekbones or sweeping away any fallout from under the eye. Blush brush ; perfect for giving a pop of color to the cheeks. sweep and blend onto cheekbones going into the hairline. Contour brush ; used to sculpt the face using any bronzercontour powder of choice. And, I'm too tired to continue on with the eye brushes loll. So yeah, I may be back to do that part but for now i hope that tides you over lol. Hope this little guide was helpful c:
