  1. I would say Swissco Precision Blending Sponge or the Real Techniques Complexion Sponge. I've used both, I really prefer the Swissco sponge since it gives a flawless application for concealer and foundation and the pointed edge it good for blending undereye concealer.
  2. I don't see how people are getting mold on their sponges. I clean mine regularly, few times a week and a deep clean every week and don't get this problem and I have never had issues with my face. Are they leaving their sponges in a damp, moist environment, such as a bathroom?
  3. Unfortunately, you need to dispose of it. No matter how many times you put it in the microwave, heat it, put hot water on it, you will not fully sanitize it of the mold. I doesn't matter how many times you put it in the microwave, you're risking your face and body for fungus infections. And let's say you do get rid of the mold... would you still feel comfortable putting it back on your face knowing it had mold in it? Do your face a favor, buy a new one!
  4. I use the BeautyCleanser Solid by BeautyBlender on it, and it gets everything out of it. In fact, I use this soap just for cleaning all of my makeup sponges.
  5. I have three sets or brushes; personal, travel and freelance makeup kit I have a wide variety of different brands... These are just ones I have in my personal set MAC - 217, 224 Sephora - Pro Shader #14 Sonia Kashuk - Large stippling brush, Small fan brush, Powder brush, Blush brush, Foundation brush (2), Angled foundation brush, Small angled eyeliner brush, Crease brush, Blending brush, Shader brush, Pencil brush, Smudge brush, Large shader brush, Lash comb (2), Spoolie brush (2) Real Techniques - Setting brush, Stippling brush, Powder brush, Blush brush, Deluxe crease brush, Small eyeliner brush Clinique - Face brush, small angled brush Ulta - Sculpted foundation brush Soho - Crease Brush ELF - Complexion brush, Powder brush (3), Small tappered brush, Small stippling brush, Crease brush (3), Blending brush (3), Brushes from palettes - Smashbox Full Exposure, Urban Decay Naked 2, Naked 3, and Vice 3, Anastasia Beverly Hills Tamanna I'm probably missing a whole bunch more of my brushes, but I'm naming most off the top of my head.
  6. - NYX Single Shadow in Taupe - Revlon ColorStay Foundation in Buff - Milani Brow Shaping Clear Gel
  7. Lotion, pencil eyeliners, lipsticks, lip glosses ... especially lipsticks, I have waaaay too many.
  8. Hey beautifuls! This is my third tutorial on YouTube and I'm still getting the hang of filming myself and finding the best angles. I do speed up and edit a few things out (like eyeliner, false lashes, foundation, brows, etc.) to make the video a little shorter since this is mainly an eye look. I don't know what happened the eye liner part, lol. I used the new Too Faced Everything Nice Palette! Hope you like it! <3
  9. I'm thinking you may have rubbed a bit too hard when scrubbing your lips perhaps? They are delicate. Either that or you may have allergy to an ingredient in the product. It's happened to me before with other products, having an allergy to an ingredient in them.
  10. Urban Decay Lash Primer Potion .... it was my secret weapon for awesome lashes :/
  11. I'm Dawn. I'm 24 and living in Florida! I got quite a thing with makeup... from having a huge amount of eyeshadows and brushes to running out of room to store everything again. I'm glad I found this forum, I've been looking around for a makeup related forum and I'm glad to be here. Hopefully I can learn a few things and help others with my own tips and experience.
