  1. It's always hard at first. But, after some time, you will get use to with it.
  2. You shouldn't eat a lot for each meal. Just small portion. But you can eat often.

  4. It is like that you have to charge your iphone battery. If you don't sleep, the battery will run out and the phone is dead.
