  2. Sleep is very important thing for living healthy life. If we want to live healthy life then we should sleep at least 6 to 8 hours in a day.
  3. Well i have tried weight lose supplements they are good but not for everyone. Because there are so many side effects of pills and supplements that we use so it is good to avoid supplements too much.
  4. Weight loss is no very difficult task It needs some exercise and regular diet plan to reduce weight. if you are not losing weight then don't worry. try to do exercise and diet daily.
