  5. November is National Running Safety Month and wanted to share with you ladies, my tip for running safety at night or during the day. Not to scare you, but women are more vulnerable to assaults and kidnappings. I just wanted to give you guys some advice for being extra safe! Click on the link for my running safety tips for women!
  6. Hey, ladies! I have super over processed bleached hair. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and exercising regularly. Coconut oil treatment at least once a week and a deep conditioner. Avoid shampoos with sulfates and conditioners that contain silicones. Also, avoid any hair products that are alcohol-based. Biotin is great for strengthen your hair, nails, and skin. Try not to wash your hair every day! We are kind of brainwashed into thinking we are so dirty and need to soap every crevice. Our skin and scalp actually do a great job at cleaning itself so you don't have to do it as often as you think.
  7. Try sheamoisture coconut hibiscus frizz free curl mousse. Most mousses and gels with super strong hold contain a lot of alcohol. Instead, try using a natural less stronger hold.
  8. Drink plenty of water and don't wash your hair every day. Stick to hair products that don't contain alcohol, sulfates or silicones. Eat a clean diet and exercise regularly. Try the inversion method? You can also give yourself a nice scalp massage. Also, putting coconut oil in your hair as an overnight treatment can help your hair look shiny, healthy and long.   10. Drink lots of water. If your body is properly hydrated, your skin will too. Exfoliate more than you normally do. I put my moisturizer on right after I get out of the shower so I can lock in extra moisture. Wait several minutes in between each moisturizer, primer, foundation, concealer, etc (to let dry).Try layering your foundation, one small layer at a time, again letting each layer dry. I've heard people getting their window's peak threaded if that's part of your problem. But adding a little highlighter in the lower center of your forehead. Be thankful you don't have a 5 head like me.

  12. I don't think you should focus on losing weight. You should just be the healthiest person you can be. Cut sodas, sugars, and fast food out of your diet. Exercise regularly and do what makes you happy. One healthy habit always leads to another. I hope this was helpful.
