  5. November is National Running Safety Month and wanted to share with you ladies, my tip for running safety at night or during the day. Not to scare you, but women are more vulnerable to assaults and kidnappings. I just wanted to give you guys some advice for being extra safe! Click on the link for my running safety tips for women!
  6. Hey, ladies! I have super over processed bleached hair. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and exercising regularly. Coconut oil treatment at least once a week and a deep conditioner. Avoid shampoos with sulfates and conditioners that contain silicones. Also, avoid any hair products that are alcohol-based. Biotin is great for strengthen your hair, nails, and skin. Try not to wash your hair every day! We are kind of brainwashed into thinking we are so dirty and need to soap every crevice. Our skin and scalp actually do a great job at cleaning itself so you don't have to do it as often as you think.
  7. Try sheamoisture coconut hibiscus frizz free curl mousse. Most mousses and gels with super strong hold contain a lot of alcohol. Instead, try using a natural less stronger hold.
  8. Drink plenty of water and don't wash your hair every day. Stick to hair products that don't contain alcohol, sulfates or silicones. Eat a clean diet and exercise regularly. Try the inversion method? You can also give yourself a nice scalp massage. Also, putting coconut oil in your hair as an overnight treatment can help your hair look shiny, healthy and long. I hope this helps!

  10. Drink lots of water. If your body is properly hydrated, your skin will too. Exfoliate more than you normally do. I put my moisturizer on right after I get out of the shower so I can lock in extra moisture. Wait several minutes in between each moisturizer, primer, foundation, concealer, etc (to let dry).Try layering your foundation, one small layer at a time, again letting each layer dry. I've heard people getting their window's peak threaded if that's part of your problem. But adding a little highlighter in the lower center of your forehead. Be thankful you don't have a 5 head like me.
  11. Stephanie Nicole Teni Panosian Carli Bybel
  12. I don't think you should focus on losing weight. You should just be the healthiest person you can be. Cut sodas, sugars, and fast food out of your diet. Exercise regularly and do what makes you happy. One healthy habit always leads to another. I hope this was helpful.
  13. Wow. This was a whole rant about pregnant women by someone who has never been pregnant. I understand people shouldn't expect special treatment, but to say that pregnant women are lazy is hilarious. My mother ran 2 miles every day during both of her pregnancies and worked. How can you blame people who have worked their ass off to not want special treatment? Everyone deserves to feel special, even you!
  14. The world of contouring and makeup in general is all about creativity. I agree that contouring your neck or leg is a bit much. But beauty is about being expressive in a way. Do what makes you happy. I have a problem with contouring because I have such pale skin. I use a kat von d palette, which I love and make sure it's all blended. It's important either way to love yourself whether you wear a full face or go the Alecia Keys route. You're beautiful either way!
  15. I'm 23 and have had a breast augmentation. I don't think it matters how old you are.. as long as you are old enough to have the procedure. Don't do it if you think it's going to boost your confidence, do it for YOU. I would not go abroad when looking into surgery. Do heavy research and go to a few consultations before you settle on a doctor. Cosmetic surgery is a serious decision, so make sure it's what you want. I was ready and have no regrets.
  16. I always put my moisturizer on while my face is still kind of wet to lock in the moisture. I live in Las Vegas, so I know all about dry skin. Exfoliate a little more than you normally do and invest in a beauty blender. I hope this helps.

  18. I live in Las Vegas, which is miserably hot! I get breakouts a lot if I'm outside sweating a lot. Your sunscreen could actually be causing your breakouts. Drink lots of water to help flush the toxins out. Try exfoliating your face and keeping it moisturized! What type of skin do you have? Essential oils can be a great way to clear up your complexion. Also, steam your face and get the dirt and oil out of your pores. Stress is also a factor in the appearance of your skin. I hope any of this helps. Good luck!
  19. I've heard oil is actually good for oily skin. Oil is like a magnet to oil, so the idea is that the cleansing oil will unclog your pores by attracting the dirt and oil out. I hope this helps.
  20. I've been doing research on detoxification and you can't actually reduce the size of them. The dirt and oil in your pores make them appear larger. Keeping the gunk cleared out will help a lot! I'm in the process of clearing my pores too. You can steam your face, just be careful. Drink tons of water! Buying a specific toner designed for your skin also helps to clean deep in pores. I hope this helps!
  21. I have ridiculously thick and curly hair. I've used and LOVED Mane & Tail. The smell isn't the best, but you should probably use a few drops of essential oil. It did wonders to my hair!
