Some times it is just too difficult and boring to follow a diet, and most of us quit before reaching our goals, that´s why I dont think follow a diet is the solution for everybody, because I don´t think lossing weight should be that complicated, a lot of people out there are skiny without even think about it or make any effort to mantain their weight There are many ways to lose weight, but the most effective and easier way is not a magic diet/poduct or killing yourself in the gym, Its all about having healthy habits, just by making little changes in your daily routine you can lose a lot of weight and rich your weight and size goals, hope this video can help you as it helped me (removed)
  4. it different from person to person, the thing is that you are changing drastically your diet and you are eliminating a lot of fats, and using just good fats and also you are decreasing the calories in your diet, for examples veggies have just a few calories, so you will see results, very fast, but i think is better to follow a balance diet, because when you quit to this raw food diet, and you start to eat as normal as always you will gain the weight back, so it´s better know how to have a balance diet to get and mantain the weight we want

It´s also about genetic, your friend is slim maybe because she was born with a faster metabolism, while other people struggle to mantain their weight or to lose weigh, that doesn´t mean you can´t lose weight, but it´s just easier for your friend, teas like, green tea, cinnamon tea and ginger tea can help you to boost your metabolism and burn fat easier, and also drink plenty of water, but it´s not just about the tea, you have to have a healthy diet, and be phisically active and sleep well, if your want your body to have a better metabolism, but teas can HELP you to lose weight

Hi Puylovely, i can see your are not overweight, and for the stature you have, your weight should be arround 55kg so you are ok, maybe you can focus on your body fat index to get the results you want and dont lose to much weight, if you dont like to work out, you can try other activities like, dancing, jogging, playing some sports, swimming, riding a bicycle or even if you have a a dog you can take it to a park and walk and play with him daily, a good advice is do something that you really like, you dont need to go to a gym to lose weight, and if you can do the activities with some of your friends it will be more fun, also your diet is something important you can check out some tips in this page www.facebook.com/NutritionistEly/, hope my answer help you
