  1. I've thought like you but people around me are getting more used to tinder and I guess I should be too. the new era takes over dating entirely!
  2. It's not a permanent solution but personally, i listen to ASMR to relax. helps me forget, almost like its an online therapy. It's not mainstream yet, but I've found this article to explain why asmr might be beneficial to you.
  3. Maybe try fixing your diet like cutting out beer and snacks? Exercise is really good too but diet comes first usually!
  4. Exercise regularly and eat well, you'll love your body no matter how it looks 🙂 Don't listen to the silicone guy...

  6. you have to try many types of face wash before you'll find one that fits you! I've tried SO many types until one day i finally saw improvement. It's a really slow process but you gotta press on!
  7. You look great! Sometimes, you'll look better when you're fit and healthy instead of just being slim like instagram models. Try focusing on your diet, cutting out snacks etc. Of course, exercise helps a lot too!
