  1. Natural skincare products are great. They're free from toxins, chemicals and several irritants. I've been getting into small business skincare and plant-based skincare - here are a few brands that I've tried and loved. Narloa - Balancing oil and Aloe lemon face wash Among the flowers - Purify face mask Alexa sky botanicals - Zen mist facial essence toner Guiltless skin - Charcoal and sweet orange cleanser Hope that helps
  2. Raw honey has a lot of positive feedback among acne sufferers. Also look into African black soap and witch hazel. Like a previous user said, try Tea Tree essential oil - some people like to put a bit directly on skin but I recommend diluting it a bit in a carrier oil.
  3. They are all so important, especially keeping hydrated. I find that when I'm parched my skin also starts to flake. Likewise, when I'm stressed, I can get stress spots!
  4. Fried/ oily foods, dairy and sugary foods.
  5. So I don't have oily skin but my client does. She uses either the L'Oreal Rebalancing Facial Oil or Narloa Balancing Face Oil. They don't break her out (despite being oils) and they both help her skin balance out it's sebum production. Also both of them work as good primers. All you need is a few drops and they should both spread out easily.
