  1. Favorite Makeup BRAND and 1 FAVORITE product from that brand -- MAC, Nehru eye shadow Favorite Skin Care BRAND and 1 FAVORITE product from that brand -- Graftobian, Oxyderm moisturizer Favorite Hair Care BRAND and 1 FAVORITE product from that brand -- AG, Fast Food
  2. I'm so happy to hear this. I have the same problem and just recently ordered some Nivea things online -- Nivea Creme, Nivea Visage Pure Energy and Nivea Liposome Cream -- in hopes that one of them will work for me. They are coming via UPS today, and now I can't wait to try them! Thanks!
  3. I love RPG's! Every time a new Final Fantasy comes out, I just have to have it. it's an addiction....
  4. Exactly the same thing happened to me.... I got the email, immediately went to their website, and found that everything is sold out!
  5. It works great! I've been using it for years on my face and body. Simplicity.
  6. SO bummed about Harry Potter getting pushed back again. Seems like they do this every time.
  7. How funny. A coworker had sent me the link to that yesterday. Cats are hilarious. Mine is a "Ninja Cat," too. Heck, maybe they all are.
  8. I remember the infomercial from around 1989. At the time, I ordered at least one color kit from them and loved their stuff. A lot of time has passed since then, though, so I don't know if I'd still feel the same about it now. Nonetheless, I'd been thinking about those products again lately (not having used them in something like 15 years), so I went online looking for reviews. I found out that, apparently, this line is now being sold door-to-door in parts of Europe -- by very aggressive sales people. I'd love to hear from anyone on this forum who may have had direct experience with this.
  9. ...and, if so, where do you find some of the necessary products? I just obtained a copy of his out-of-print book, Designing Your Face. He was/is such a well-respected makeup artist.... I'm eager to try out some of his techniques, but am not sure where to find some of the recommended "equipment." Some examples are: Transparent red-colored fluid (The closest I've been able to come to this is BeneTint, but, since it's a stain, I don't know if it's a good idea to use something like this in the "Complexion Prime Coat" that is mixed and applied all over the face.) Transparent peach-colored fluid Transparent bronze-colored fluid No. 6325 artist pencil Red creamy paste Who has read this book? Does anyone apply his techniques, and, if so, any tips on what products you use for them? I know this is probably a pretty obsure topic, but I appreciate any help! TIA, Amy

  11. Awesome! Thanks for taking the time to do this. I've been thinking about trying them out lately, so this is great information to have!
  12. Here's the update on the eye liners I purchased: They are everything I love about MAC Fluidlines, but have more of a creamy texture. I tried the Black Out (deep rich black) over the weekend. It's very forgiving as you are applying -- enough time to correct any mistakes -- but then it sets like a dream and stays put all day. We went to the State Fair the day I tried it, and it still looked perfect after sweating in the sun all day. So far, I'm very impressed. I'm wearing the Tanzanite (dark purple) today, and it seems to be staying put very well also. As StereoXGirl said, I did get excellent service from this company, as well. Always a bonus!

You can fix mistakes but once it dries it's waterproof. Hey, thanks! I ordered Black Out, Tanzenite and Magnetism, and they've already shipped. Someone on another board pointed out that Aromaleigh also sells the same product (although at a mark up from the price on CRC). That's fine with me; as long as I like them, I don't care how many different brand names they sell them under. I'm glad to hear your opinions, because it's been really difficult for me to find reviews. Thank you so much!
  14. Has anyone tried this brand of makeup? I'm thinking about ordering some of their gel liner, but am curious whether anyone here has tried it....
