Originally Posted by Sunshine80 You are doing great Monniej, we'll keep each oter motivated hehe I love my threadmill and was addicted to it once and hopefully will be again soon, I'm also a HUGE fan of the Billy Blanks DVDs specially the Blast Cardio workout one...it gave me great results well it certainly shows! you look amazing and have had fantastic progress! i've never tried billy blanks, but if i can get those type of results i may have to check billy out! lol~ i haven't found anything that works better than serious cardio!

Here are some pics hopefully they will encourage someone to get healthier This one was 6 days after I had my baby at 240 plus lbs (I cant believe how big I got! yuk!!!) http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...s/11-08-06.jpg Somewhere is the middle face comparison (sorry no makeup) http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...ss/8-23-07.jpg This is me now at 168 lbs http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...DSCN5390-1.jpg This is a collage I made of my progress (yuk! it really makes me stay on track) http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...ossCollage.jpg sunshine, you look amazing! two snaps up girl! my plan is to walk/run 3 miles per day until my birthday in october. i'm already about 50 days in. i've added in some work on my core everyday. i do situps and my ab cruncher. a couple times a week i do my wheel to keep the fat off my back. i've only missed six days so far! i meet a girlfriend every morning at 5:45am and we do 3 miles around the neighborhood. i did my 3 miles and ab cruncher this morning. did you get your workout in today?
  5. you have just snagged the hot boot of the season at a steal! congrats on an excellent choice! i seen those sported with everything from jeans to pencil skirts with textured tights! a great addition to any shoe diva's collection!
  6. for they for real? that thing looks kind of dangerous! for that kind of money that sucker needs to wake me up and put me on it! lol~ i hate claims of working miracles. i've never known anything other than sweat and consuming fewer calories to give lasting results.
  7. i'll join you sunshine! since i'm on a pretty good roll this may be exactly what i need to keep that fire stoked! let's get it started!
  8. very cute, karren! love the new hair style!
  9. wow! super hot tiffany! i agree with the silver shoes, but i think a peep toe rather than a strappy with this one. jmho~
