Slowly lift your leg to the vertical position by blending elbow and using arms as a support pillar to steady the back by pressing it with the palms. Vipareeta Karani Mudra (the inverted attitude) The method is the same as for sarvangasana, apart from the chin is not pressed alongside the chest in the final pose. The trunk is held at a 45 degree angle to the ground rather than at a right angle. Yoga asanas, pranayama and kriyas assist to improve blood circulation, detoxify your body and reinstate proper functioning of your body as well as endocrine glands. Practice meditation for 5 to 10 minutes and gradually increase the time. If you know no other meditation, practice Om recitation by closing your eyes and concentrating on area between your eyebrows. Meditation will cool your nerves; improve your concentration and confidence. Here are some beauty tips that how you can use your kitchen products as a beauty products. Dark Circles under Eyes... To remove the dark circles under your eyes, you can apply cucumber or potato juice on the eyes with cotton balls. Or can use just wrap a grated raw potato in cheesecloth or just only take potato round chips and apply it on eyelids for 15-20 minutes. Then wipe out the residue and apply an eye cream. Mayonnaise is also good for the hair as a conditioner. You can use lemon for hair highlights and lightening elbows, beer for shiny hair. For the dry hair you can use the mask of coconut milk and gram oil. For this take a cup of coconut milk and two tablespoon of gram flour. Apply this mask on the scalp and massages. And rinse the hair after five minutes. The best way to manage the oily hair is frequently washing the hair with the mild shampoo. Apply the puree of carrot for 15 minutes before washing hair. Applying astringent in scalp is also another best way. This will absorbs the excess oil from the hair.

Use oil-free, noncomedogenic sunscreen whenever sun exposure is expected. If the above steps are insufficient and you are still producing too much oil, try treatments that reduce sebum production. They include topical vitamin A creams (retinol, retinal or retinyl palmitate), sulfur creams, azeleic acid and retinoids (tretinoin, tazarotene, adapalene). Retinoids and high-strength sulfur creams require a prescription. If your oil problem is so bad that you are considering prescription treatments, you should probably see a dermatologist anyway.
