  1. If you can't get an Asian one, the GOSH one is not half-bad.
  2. Just mascara: Maybelline F&S, Too Faced Better than Sex & L'Oreal Voluminous Carbon Black.
  3. I messed up at Shoppers today. I didn't need anything besides cleanser, a Father's Day card and shampoo & conditioner, but I ended up buying 2 LE Essence shadows, a LE Maybelline Color Elixir gloss (I'm Blushing or something?) and L'Oreal Rose Elixir tinted balm. I guess it's not too bad as all together, it was probably less than $30 but I felt so ashamed But at least I got points I can always spend on... more makeup in the future. With all the stuff I've bought in the last 3 weeks and have yet to really touch, I'm rather embarassed. /endconfessional
  4. I have to run to Target tomorrow, and Shoppers Drug Mart has 20x the Points this weekend. It's going to take some effort not to wander into the makeup section for cheap drugstore thrills (only to end up spending $50, $60 easy!).
  5. I find all of my MAC favourites tend to be limited edition, but none-the-less... Immortal Flower (LE, but it's been repromoted at least once!) The Perfect Cheek (LE, again) Dainty (hallelujah, permanent!) Blonde MSF (LE)
  6. Bourjois Bronzing Primer. It's the perfect colour, and I can really pack it on or sheer it out depending on my mood. I have too many bronzers though, so if I eventually finish it up... I'll work through some other ones before repurchasing (in theory! )
  7. I had an HG drugstore highlighter - Bonne Bell liquid bronzer in the lightest shade. Now, they only have one shade available in store and it's way too red/dark on me. Right now, I've been contouring MAC Strada blush (long discontinued, I believe, but I still have one backup) and Becca SSP in Pearl.
  8. Bourjois Bronzing Primer VS Make it Last Prime & Finishing Spray Missha Perfect Cover BB cream
  9. Too cool for me. No interest whatsoever for me. Pass.
  10. I rotate between the skin79 Hot Pink & Missha Perfect Cover. I will use a mattifier on my nose for pores (Benefit Porefessional or Maybelline Baby Skin) with both but I can skip moisturiser with the skin79. I find Missha too dry without something underneath. Both have more than enough coverage (easily medium) so no foundation overtop.
  11. 20% off all full/regular price items at UO online with code UOBEAUTY. They have a good amount of niche-y brands (Paul & Joe), a good stock left for Lime Crime lipsticks (with the exception of Babette ), NYX and TonyMoly. Ends June 1st. But free shipping with $50+!
  12. Bobbi Brown Black Ink gel liner - I'm seeing glass.
  13. I was doing okay (I managed to skip Alluring Aquatics altogether - and usually pretty packaging gets me. This morning, it took me ever fibre of my being not to buy Golden bronzer - but really, I have so much untouched bronzer that I'm disgusted by it all. Anywho!) until I got the UO Beauty 20% off email (I got a lot for the amount I spent, but still!) and plans to buy ONLY the Pedro Lourenco quad turned into a order with a mini of Naked pigment and one of the Proenza lipsticks to get free shipping. But I am back on the wagon! -- I am allowed 'staples' in Boston. My shade in Bobbi Brown isn't carried here and I'm almost done my bottle of Skin foundation, so I'm allowed a backup. Likewise, if they have the Duo set of Touche Éclat at Duty Free, I'm allowed that. - No mascara. I have 3 open right now, and two deluxe size samples of They're Real. No more bronzer either. - I am allowing myself two items from the Sharon & Kelly O collection total - the brow duo & the Sharon quad. I'm a sucker for neutral shadows and I've wanted Soba and Brun for awhile; and the quad just looks gorgeous. - Only other makeup haul is allowed during a Murale or Shoppers Drug Mart or Bonus Redemption period. If I want something bad enough, I'll budget my points for that.
  14. MAC Copperplate. Maybe NARS Bali but that's maybe too brownish...?
  15. Maybelline Full & Soft mascara. They discontinued it here for some silly unknown reason, so I stock up like mad when in the US. Maybelline Dream Mousse concealer, in the little pot. So creamy, and it worked well for both blemishes and under eyes for me.
  16. This definitely has helped me shop my stash. - I did a palette inventory, and for a good month (I don't wear makeup everyday) I used 1 of my too many palettes every time I did my makeup. I could not use one palette two days in arow or use ANY of my eye shadow singles*. It forced me to use palettes I hadn't used as much as I should and forced me not to reach for my Naked palette. I'm doing one now for my quads, quints, trios, smaller palettes etc. right now. - For the last 4 months, I've been using one of those clear, acrylic organizers with 9 spots. I chose 9 lipsticks, and for a full month, I have to choose a lip product only from that group. It's really forced me to shop my stash. *I did allow myself to have a couple of my HG matte blending shades and a matte highlight shade (WnW Brule) in case the palette didn't have a matte shadow or good transition shade.
  17. I was doing so well. I managed to go 4 months without a single makeup purchase apart from a refill of my BB cream . But then I gave into the Sephora VIB sale (I didn't do that much damage; I needed a setting powder, and I limited it to one blush and a lipstick) but since then, I've fallen off the wagon. I'm going to Boston in 2 weeks and had planned on buying nothing until I got there, but since the VIB sale, I hauled at Shoppers on a bonus day, snuck a lipstick into a Murale order, and made a second Sephora order on some clearance items I really didn't need (a Tarte blush & Edward Bess lipgloss.) I am saying though after some US drugstore staples and maybe some Tom Ford in Boston, I am done for at least the Summer.
  18. Personally? Never. My undereyes are quite dry, so I've never risked it. But it's top-notch for any blemishes and around my nose
