  1. I received my order 2 days before expected! I would be super annoyed if the relaunch happened before receiving my order. On the other hand, I am really happy with my order! I got two Day O OCDs, Prince Valium perfume oil (smells SO good!), the Shiz perfume oil (halfway done with my sample from the box) and a hydrate me in Flying Monkeys. I did place another order for the relaunch but if I didn't receive my order before then, I wouldn't have. I do sometimes feel that there is a bit of "in crowd" when it comes to the facebook fan group and the company. I sat through a tedious and ridiculously long bullsh*t of a launch video and lots of people knew each other and it seemed to me that they were winning most of those giveaways and I felt that they got their orders much quicker than others that have just recently been introduced to the site. But that may be me taking things too personally bc in the real life, who cares? lol
  2. maybe the CYO special events have a greater appeal because of it's limited availability? I'm only speculating and can see how limited editions have more impulse purchases I'm pretty new to FCS and I am still learning of their products. CYO seems to cool to me because museum scents are available so I can try out older concoctions. I don't think I'd be good at creating my own scents, honestly. But I haven't participated in any CYO events, as of now. Is anyone going to participate in the perfume oil CYO? side note: FINALLY got my halloween shipping notice. I swear, I always think they forget about little ol' me.

  7. From my experience, Jergens Gradual glow is not an intense type of self tanner. I have never had much luck getting a "tan" with it. I have used it many times in the past (more recently the one with SPF) when I'm outdoors most of the day (mainly for the SPF and to boost my tan). As for self tanners dyeing your hair, that won't happen (especially if you have dark hair), however, in my experience, directions usually instruct having a to shave AND exfoliate for BEST results. Think of it this way, if you have long body hair and you put lotion on-- the hair will move back and forth as you apply.. thus making the spot the hair lays without the ample time to dry to self tanner and making it splotchy. Again, I don't see Jergens as much of a self tanner, in my opinion. I do like St Tropez foam mousse (high end) and using Jergens as upkeep. I usually use the foam 1-2x a week and a self tanner lotion on the other days. I also prefer self tanners with a color guard to show where you're applying and to ensure you won't miss a spot. Some other tips: MAKE SURE IT'S COMPLETELY DRY before putting on clothes (10 mins?). I usually apply at night, before bed so that it has time to seep in my skin throughout the night. I also feel that a back applicator is a great idea, but for a more intense self tanner. Also, I use a separate face self tanner (especially made for the face), I wouldn't use the St Tropez mousse on my face. Hope that helps! Happy tanning!

  9. Nope, I'm still waiting on mine as well.
  10. Actually the cs rep had suggested it! I would've been happy just to get the duffle but it wasn't working when I entered it, so he manually added the gwp in a separate "order"
  11. Thank you for posting this! I called CS and was able to use both the 20% and get the duffle ;]

Naw, I'm really happy for her, just doing the woe-is-me bit). I'll be heading back the second week of April, good thing, eye brows are out of control! Oh and the other day when I was getting matched for a foundation, the SA quietly said 'your mustache...' I just about busted out laughing, never thought that the barely discernable slightest of peach fuzz was noticeable... but it was the second time that it was ever mentioned, first by the 'threading' lady in the Roosevelt Field Mall, kinda like everyone's experience, out in the opend cross-walk. She finished brows and said "I can do your mustache for X dollars" I never even thought I HAD a mustache, funny. I kinda of sort of see it now, but my fear is that if I get it done, then it might grow back darker? NO NO NO! I would be absolutely HORRIFIED and DIE of embarrassment if anyone mentioned mine! That's SUPER rude! I don't get mine threaded.. I wax and it's like it never existed! Quote: Originally Posted by usofjessamerica @FormosaHoney. OMG. no one has EVER. ever. I'll ask my boyfriend if he can tell and, bless his heart, he almost always says no. If he does say yes then I'll 1. Cry 2. Make us stop whatever we're doing so I can get a wax/ wax it myself. I have had the ladystache threaded and I just didn't like how it felt (a bit too intense). But I've been waxing since I was like 10 and I don't feel like it grows back darker or anything. My best friend in high school would shave hers... Yeah I wouldn't do that though. THIS! is me all the way. I would NEVER shave! Quote: Originally Posted by FormosaHoney What wax do you use? Now I have a valid reason to buy SOMETHING!!! I used to work at a nail salon (as a receptionist) so I know most places use Gigi wax and that's the one I use. Some Harmon's/Bed bath and beyond carry them and you can use your Bed Bath and Beyond coupons! ;]
