  1. I just got the same notification. Really hope that doesn't mean they charged me again.
  2. I still have nothing in my account and had to call my bank to dispute the charges today. They did send me an email saying they were in the process but it could take 10 days. Unfortunately this will be the last box I do with them. If they would have corrected the error and refunded immediately I wouldn't have canceled though.
  3. Did anyone who was charged multiple times get there refund yet?
  4. Yeah they were apologetic to me also. My refund hasn't hit my account yet but I have faith it will.
  5. Super excited for this box but today I was charged for a full year instead of my usual seasonal. I had to contact them and they were nice about it, explained it was an error and they would refund. I'm hopeful for a quick resolution
  6. Thank you. That is what I did back in May (canceled by button) They contacted me today and said they are not sure how the error happened and how my account was reactivated but they are going to refund me. However, the bank said this may take a few days.
  7. Word of warning to those who don't want them to charge your card. I deleted my card info on their site and they still reactivated it based on my first month with them. So deleting your card probably won't work. It even has a button feature to delete but they still have your info and can still use your card. My bank says this is fraud and that if it processes tomorrow I will have to dispute the charge based on fraud. I am really hoping this doesn't happen but I feel that I will have to do so because they have not responded to me at all.
  8. Does anyone have an actual contact number for Ouiplease? I canceled my sub back in May and they just reactivated it today without my consent. I am very upset and sent an email but would like to call them and explain this is not okay

  10. I did end up canceling Nina a week and half befor they charged because I wanted an MK bag. I stayed for Rosario just in case because I have been fond of her boxes. The endless summer theme, however, has me pretty bummed.
