It's is a nice kit. The container has a handle (like a mug) so you can easily take it out of the microwave without burning your fingers or dropping the container. It works well at removing hairs especially when combined with the pre-wax oil that was included. The oil keeps the wax from sticking to the skin but doesn't prevent the hairs from sticking to the wax. It was effective for its original use - for Brazilians or Hollywood waxes. The pain was minimum. The key is to do small areas at a time.
