It may be possible to lose 10 pounds in a week. However, it will not be 10 pounds of body fat. Some of the weight loss will likely be from water. Losing significant amounts of weight quickly is not recommended and may be dangerous. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommend people looking to lose weight aim to lose between 1–2 pounds per week for safe, healthy weight loss. While some individuals may be able to lose a more significant amount of weight per week at the beginning of their weight loss journey, it is not possible for everyone. Those that do manage to lose a lot of weight should be aware that this rate of weight loss is not sustainable. People attempting to lose more than the recommended 1–2 pounds per week should only do so under the supervision of their doctor. Rapid weight loss does come with risks including: increased likelihood of gallstones dehydration electrolyte imbalance headaches fatigue irritability disruption of the menstrual cycle The risks increase the longer someone follows a very restricted diet intended for rapid weight loss. Some times it is just too difficult and boring to follow a diet, and most of us quit before reaching our goals, that´s why I dont think follow a diet is the solution for everybody, because I don´t think lossing weight should be that complicated, a lot of people out there are skiny without even think about it or make any effort to mantain their weight There are many ways to lose weight, but the most effective and easier way is not a magic diet/poduct or killing yourself in the gym, Its all about having healthy habits, just by making little changes in your daily routine you can lose a lot of weight and rich your weight and size goals, hope this video can help you as it helped me (removed)

Hey guys! Back again with a tutorial on how to get ready quickly post workout! I'm a gymnast but I'm also SUPER busy. I have a job, I'm a student, and I'm an elite gymnast. I rarely have a minute to myself. I need a routine that is going to be quick and easy especially post workout. I'm usually sweaty and gross and I have to turn around get ready quickly and go to work or class. Check out my tutorial. Also sub if you would like to.
