Who wore this dress the best?

Victoria Beckham or Dannii Minogue? I vote for Victoria. This dress is from her spring/summer 2010 collection. I think it's hard to compete with Mrs. Beckham. 

I think Dannii looks better, she looks much healthier than Posh and i do not agree with Posh's ring choice.

I think the first lady (Dannii?) looks much better in the dress. Her hourglass figure compliments the dress very nicely! 

Posh spice looks like all her hair is falling out from radiation poisoning or something.  Not healthy at all!

Danii, the hairstyle suits that gown much better.

Victoria.  So sleek.  Sophisticated.

I actually find the ring Victoria is wearing to add some life into an otherwise traditional look. It is an eye catcher, yet doesn't take away from the classy dress.
As for her hair, it was kinda risky do wear something slightly messy looking, but she pulls it off.

Dannii looks very put together. Victoria looks more modern.

This dress has the potential to be quite boring to look at. With Victoria, I feel she has added just the right amount of pazazz.

I like the dress on Danni Minogue best.

She fills it out well and it looks good on her body shape.

Posh, but only because it suits her coloring better. Danni looks so washed out in it.

I actually think both look fine in it.
