When ordering Mac online from their website, what's the offer code and where do I find it?

 
I get frequent emails since I signed up for them and they often have free shipping codes. I never have to pay for shipping.

 
I can't order anything. It says I have free shipping too, but keeps asking for the offer code and won't proceed without it.

 
I'm not understanding. If you sign up for MAC emails the free shipping code is always in it. Just enter the code from the email and you should be fine.
