Studying the arts abroad

Anyone familiar with any programs abroad (preferably in Europe but I'm up for any adventure) for makeup artistry, or art history? Wasn't looking into anything too extensive, maybe just for a season or month. I am organizing a list of places and schools I can attend, that aren't incredibly expensive.I actually already graduated school two years ago with an Interior Design degree. Does anyone here have any experience studying abroad and advice?

University of Utrecht in the Netherlands. The program fees include housing if needed.
