If you scroll up this thread, several MUT members have posted how they use Argan oil and what it's for. It's really quite informative if you read the thread.

I don't think we should be spending so much money on tropical oils unless you live in the tropics. Perfectly good oils are available a lot closer to home.

Jojoba oil most closely resembles the sebum our skin produces to moisturize itself. You can get it organic and at a fraction of the cost of Argan and other trendy oils. Jojoba is native to California. It also has a drop dosage for topical use. Don't use it for cooking though. Jojoba is actually a liquid wax so it is not edible.

Olive oil is perfectly good, too. So long as it isn't over-applied.

I like sweet almond oil because it smells so good but it moisturizes, too. It's very oily; best used before bed so it can soak in during the night.

You can get all this stuff at a health food store, or cheaper online if you shop for a good price.

hm..now i am starting to think about using it..i have to wash my hair each day and it's not that comfortable, especially if you are running late..i've been searching for products that could help me get rid of this problem..i even combined oils and cosmetic ingredients from the website at which i usually buy various plastic containers from https://allinpackaging.co.uk/containers/ or https://www.walmart.com/c/kp/makeup-containers for my makup stuff ( of course i followed a cosmetologist's prescription)..there's been an improvement but not drastic..hope argan oil will work for me as well

argan oil to provide a comprehensive solution for severely damaged, unresponsive hair. Uniquely designed to restore moisture and impart unparalleled smoothness and shine. it is a strong antioxidant itself and also enhances the antioxidant effects of vitamin E, helping to shield hair from UV damage.

I am using theorie argan oil shampoo for my hairs

Have you heard of Argan Oil?  I just got some and it is awesome!  Essence Of Argan has the purest, best oil I could find - they import directly from Morocco - which in turn benefits the all woman Berber tribe that harvests the oil.  Check it out.

I have heard of it but have not tried this yet. Will share my experience after using it. :)

    • I had to wear a full face of “performance makeup” every day for 8 months, and let me tell you it's slightly exhausting. These last 3 months I've only worn make up once and it's been amazing. Makeup makes me stand out, and sometimes it's nice to just blend in and focus on the interior and not the exterior. And NOT trying to sound snobby or pretentious, just wanted to answer the question honestly and compare treatment! https://dausel.co/UHxR44
    • Hi everyone, For years now my face shape has been frustrating for me in terms of picking flattering haircuts, hairstyles and makeup looks. It doesn't seem to fit ANY of the "standard" face shapes and almost seems to be a mix of opposite shapes causing NOTHING to flatter me at all.  I've only encountered a few people in my life with a similar face shape... actress Courtney Ford is one of them (she was on Dexter, True Blood, a few other things) -    OVERALL with a relaxed face I have an OVAL face with a large forehead. HOWEVER as soon as I move my mouth, smile, speak... my cheeks are very wide and my cheekbones are quite undefined. It's like the top of my face stays extremely oval but the bottom goes square/round?  Does anyone know which traditional face shape would be closest to that? I feel like with a relaxed face my face looks extremely long and skinny but as soon as I speak or smile the bottom of my face looks very chubby and prominent and I just can't figure out what looks flattering.
