hi

one of my friends told me to mix Bepanthen+Drapolene Cream and use it on bikini area because it whiting the area within a week

I m confused about that , what do you think and what is the best way for whiting your bikini area

 
are you sure you aren't talking about people who bleach the area near their butthole?

 
I've never heard of this either. . . Very interesting. Are you talking about the skin or hair?

 
I found two videos on youtube that work incredibly well for everyone I know and have recommended it to. First one is for dark underarms and the second one is for lightening elbows and knees. This should give you some idea although both would work.
