Has anyone tried the blood type diet/regimen? I am curious about how this works?

thanks for share.

This silly diet has been floating around for years.

The one thing it lacks - common sense

The problem is the suggestion of a specific blood type diet only relies on the blood type A, B, AB or O, but a blood type is much more than that.

It can work for you i suppose but it's more by luck than a true link between what you eat and your blood type. So yes, i agree about silly.

I've never tried it...when I heard it it sounded ideal, then when I read more about it I was like, no never mind. lol I don't really think it matters, just eat healthily! ;]

I doubt it that it has been proven to be effective long-term, just like the majority of all diets!

You can take parts of certain sensible diets (like South Beach, or just low carb diets in general) and adjust them to your lifestyle. But in the end, a combo of four things works: diet, exercise, knowledge and dedication!
