FOTD June 22, 2011

BoToday I did a "Bobbi Brown"style look.Hope you like it!



Bobbi Brown is my idol makeup guru, she believes that  "true beauty is simple and achievable", it is about who you are and what you have.



Product I used here:

Foundation: Bourjois 10hours Sleep Effect

Blusher: UNE Breezy Cheeks Blush (No.6 on the hollow and No3 along the cheek bones)

Eyes: Bobbi Brown (No6 Grey) dab along the lashline then smudge and blend in with fingers. Finish with a fine line along the eyelash ( I used my Black Eyeliner Gel by Kate) and a sweep of mascara (YSLNoir Radical Volume Effet Faux Cils)

Eyebrow: Benifit Brow Powder Duo applied with Rubby Millie Eyeliner Brush ( I cut it into a slanted brush)

Lipstick: Natio Lipcolor:Spring

My look today was inspired by my favorite youtuber Grace at cosmeticcouturier.  She's doing a cocktail inspired series and this was my attempt at her long island iced tea look.

Aptgirl - this absolutely gorgeous.  I just love when people can use makeup and not the entire world can tell.  Beautiful.

On to Jean - girl, I can never put together all these colours.  I would be soooo lost it ain funny.  My shadow is usually three colours, brow highlight, crease and lid.  Done!  LOL. You do this so well (all the colour mixing and matching), I need to sit and play around some more.  I have only been doing blush, lipstick and foundation these days....just no zeal...oh well....I need to get back on the horse!

You both look so cute! I'm sooo bad at applying liquid eyeliner and looking at both of you with such great application makes me realize much more how much I suck at it, lol.

Everyone looks fantastic as always!

I've been so sad lately. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I have what I think is a stye on my eye, so I haven't been able to wear much makeup at all.

Not to mention it's hot and sweaty working at the zoo, so I don't put much more on then sunscreen and fill in the brows.

Have a 1/2 day today and will meet some co-workers for drinks so I put on some makeup, as much as I can without gett'in in the stye's way.
