"Chicken Skin": An excess of skin cells around hair follicles.

I heard that a good way to get rid of "Chicken Skin" is to use a body wash that has gycolic, azaelic, and/or lactic acids. But I checked the ingredients labels on most body washes, and they don't have them.  Does anyone know something that will get rid of it?

Chicken skin is Keratosis Pilaris.  Its a skin condition that has no cure.  There are lotions and creams containing glycolic or lactic acid.  I'm currently using Lac-Hydrin which has 12% lactic acid.  I've read that taking the supplement Rutin is supposed to get rid of it but I've not tried it yet.  The key is exfoliation and moisturization.  You need to exfoliate the dead skin off then moisturize.  I scrub well in the shower and then I use coconut oil before I exit the shower.  You can also shave or wax which gets rid of the hair.
