Best eye make-up remover?

Recommended Posts

I've gone through Clinique Take The Day Off twice in about 6 months, and I'm 2/3rds through my 3rd bottle (I've had problems with spilling). Except for the packaging, it works wonders, waterproof mascara slides right off!

I use Bioderma Crealine H20 and Shu Umera cleansing oil. I've even purchased a small sample of the latter for travelling, so I'm covered.

I've used olive oil and baby oil before I discovered the Shu Uemura one, but I could never go back now. They remove makeup perfectly, but you do need to wash the face thoroughly afterwards for all the oil residue to go away (and you can't do it with water only, you need another product), so I can't bother to do it anymore. It's the perfect solution when you've run out of your regular makeup removal though!

I use baby shampoo. The No More Tears kind. It gets off everything. Even if you oil cleanse, you still might need something to get the oil out of your eyes. It cleans out everything without irritation.

If you add a small amount of polysorbate 20 (emulsifier), the oils will emulsify with the water and rinse clean.

I used Neutrogena's after running out of my Lumene's and have to say I did not get the results I wanted. Lumene's is VERY similar to Mary Kay's (if not better) but cheaper on a retail level. Doesn't bother my contacts, gets it all off!  I'm running out of my current bottle so I have to check at CVS this week with the hopes it's on sale (it often goes BOGO 1/2 price).

So I tried Extra virgin olive to remove my eye make up today and it was amazing, a wipe gets off almost everything and it works better than my eye make up remover. o_O Love how soft it feels after washing off the oil

...and cheap and chemical free.

I second that HANDS DOWN the best. Gets the job done and does not irritate the eyes. I by two at a time during GWP. I have tried others including MAC, Lancome and Almay and after one use give the bottle away and go back to TAKE THE DAY OFF.

I use cold cream (either Ponds or any other random brand) to take my make-up off, and I love it! ♪

But so many people seem to use olive oil . . .  Maybe when I run out of my cold cream, I'll try olive oil to see what the difference is! ★

I like Makeup Forever's Sens'Eyes.  That stuff works great!  It'll take pretty much anything off without having to resort to a lot of scrubbing that'll leave my eyes all raw.

Ooooooooooo! I just bought this in a little kit of goodies at Marshalls for only $9.99! Now I can't wait to try it out!

I've been using olive oil for 2 years, and it removes waterproof eye makeup fantastically, for a fraction of the price. I'm acne-prone, and it doesn't break me out. And I wear contacts and can have them in my eyes when I use it with no trouble whatsoever. It's a really great money-saver!

Agreed with Neutrogena. I ordered a bottle with a bunch of other stuff from Amazon, tried it out, and it takes no effort to remove any makeup I put on. Eyelash glue, shadow, liner, everything wipes off with practically the dab. The oil-free stuff with the clear blue bottle.

I love Missha's Cleansing Oil.  Since I always have to order that stuff online, I tried Sephora's Cleansing Water.  That stuff burns like crazy!  But I do like to use it to remove face makeup though :)

Cheap and gets it all off plus it's gentle on the eyes.

Yup! This. I use this all the time and it's great. Plus the eye drs recommend it because it washes pollen and dust off of your eyeballs that gets there during the daytime, so it helps prevent allergies as well.

    • In my opinion, Tinder is more like an application for finding a partner for one night. This is completely frivolous for me. If I look for a girl for myself, then I will start browsing serious sites. You can see an approximate review in this source. When a girl talks about marriage, this gives a better chance of a long and serious relationship.
    • Greetings! A variety of t-shirts are in fashion nowadays and I am going to share the most trendy ones: Plain White Tees - If you are thinking that plain white tees are getting out of fashion then you are wrong. Either you wear tuck tees with jeans or full sleeve plain white tees with jackets. They always look cool. Graphic T-Shirts - Yes, the craze of graphic tees is increasing not only in public but also among the celebs. Even the big brands like Nike and Gucci are also offering logo tees. You can also see some unique women graphic tees here. Colorful Dye T-Shirts - On the other hand, girls are also crazy to wear Dye t-shirts. You can see the following ones in this regard. What other tees trends do you think should females must follow in this regard? I am waiting for your responses and suggestions.
    • I think both of them are looking awesome. However, I like the grey more. I can understand how tough it is to go with a single option. I am also willing to get an awesome men graphic tee for my husband from here but it is getting tough for me to go with a single option because I like all of them. However, I shortlisted these two. What do you think which one is more good.
    • At Spiceurbeauty, we use only the safest hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers which are semi-permanent only. The effects will fade gradually as the filler biodegrades but should last between 9 to 12 months. Excessive exercise or dehydration can contribute to minimizing the benefits of hyaluronic fillers. To maintain your fuller lips it is recommended that you come back to us on an annual basis or sooner for a smaller top up if desired and deemed suitable. The filler will biodegrade and be excreted naturally over time.
    • The Lip fillers that we use at Spiceurbeauty are manufactured with an anaesthetic, which makes the lip enhancement treatment less painful as it numbs the skin. We would not carry out lip treatments without adding anaesthesia due to client safety. If during your procedure you feel uncomfortable, tell your practitioner and ask for a break Or if you can have additional topical cream
