What is your favorite type of apple?

Mine is definitely Granny Smith Green Apples!

I hate red apples of all types, they are too sweet. I prefer sour.

I get organic Honeycrisps from a friend who sells at farmer's markets, and they are amazing, my favorite apple now.

 
You know what is great apples, caramel dip!! I havent had it in awhile but it used to be one of my favorites!

 
I can't believ no opne has said the chinese apple/pear hybrid yet.... I have no idea what it is called but it is exquisite!! :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

 
They are usually called pear apples or Asian pears.  They are more pear than apple.  They are super but I didn't consider them as apples.  I just read apple and thought ugh :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
