They both look nice, but I think the cat eye makes your eye look a bit smaller, maybe its because of the heavy outlining with liner.

Natural looks really pretty.

I love the cat eye however I don't know if it's how your took the picture or if it's the actual look but the cat eye makes your eye appear smaller and gives you a sleep appearance than the normal eye does.
