i just bought this face rejuvenator and it doesnt really seem to be working i tried it for about 3 weeks now. i dont know if it works for african american women or its just my type of skin , but basically im looking for something to even my tone

 
I was considering getting it at one point, but I couldn't find any reviews on it anywhere. Also the product is pretty heavily marketed, a big turnoff for me. The one review I see on Amazon is almost 100% guaranteed to be from the manufacturer.
