Urban Decay and Z Palette both will not be there this year. Z Palette stated this on their Facebook wall in reply to a reply to my question, "Due to the IMATS date change it was difficult to make that happen this year. However, our retailers will be offering new products and great deals as always! And we will be representing at the Naimies and Nigels booths so please come see us." Urban Decay's Press Representative didn't give me an exact reason however it's possible it's similar to Z Palette plus the fact that Urban Decay is in the process of changing ownership.
