At any rate, all celebs look quite different with and without make-up.
I've done a couple of adult shoots years ago, and it's just like working on a film set. Now it's all amateur nobodies shooting with a cam corder and being uploaded to the box of internets.
The thing with celeb adult stars is the tan and the tattoo cover-up that has to look good. (The big hair and daytime smokey eye look that can't smudge is a given and is never discussed -- trust me, these film production companies don't hire newbie MUA's). Again it's all about the actor representing their film production company.
Also body make-up is very very important for these actors because bruising and minor friction burns are an occupational "hazard" while shooting and have to be covered-up for both male and female performers due to the positions they have to be in for long periods at a time. And that body make-up can't smudge either, even under heavy sweat.
