I'm looking for a new, inexpensive moisturizer for my sensitive skin. I've been using neutrogena facial moisturizer but I don't feel like it hydrates enough. At the same time, I don't want to loo oily/greasy. Help!

 
For a while, before I switched to oils and DIY, I was using The Body Shop Seaweed Mattifying Day Cream. It has a more gel cream texture, versus being a really thick creamy moisturizer which I liked a lot. No strong smell, definitely not oily, and quite moisturizing. It is not the cheapest moisturizer out there, but it is worth it, in my opinion.

I use clean&clear oil-free moisturizer. but I also add argan oil to it so its more hydrating, idk about its hydration on its own.
