I read lot of acne prescription creams/gels don't work based on ppl expereinces. But for those that do work, is there any that doesn't have any initial breakout? The same with antibiotics. Is there any that work but doesn't have any initial breakout/purging? I'm speaking about only products that dermatologists prescribe only and not over the counter products that you can just buy.
